All services will be provided digitally via the Internet within 1-7 days from the date of order placement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer high-quality services to meet our customers’ needs. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days either as credits or direct bank deposits.

When Refunds Are Issued:

  1. Non-Delivery of Service:

    • If you don’t receive your service due to email issues, contact our Billing Department within 30 days. After this period, the service will be considered received.
  2. Download & Access Issues:

    • If you face issues downloading or accessing your service, contact our Technical Support team. If you don’t report the issue within 30 days, no refund will be provided.
  3. Major Technical Issues:

    • If our service has significant errors, report them to our Technical Support team. We will attempt to fix the issue within 72 hours. If we cannot resolve it, you may receive a full refund or a replacement service.
    • If you refuse to provide access to your system for troubleshooting, a refund may not be possible.
  4. Service Not as Described:

    • If the service does not match what was advertised, report it within 30 days with clear proof. Refunds will not be given for unmet personal expectations.

How Refunds Are Processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
  • Refund requests must include a valid reason and account details for processing.
  • Approval from the client is required before processing refunds for website-related services.

Children’s Policy:

  • Our services are only for individuals 18 years or older.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years old.
  • If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us, and we will remove it immediately.
